Inverter/Charger Selection Guide Overview
This document provides a detailed selection guide for the Advancing Power 2 series of Inverter/Chargers, specifically the Atom 600, Lobo 1.2K, and Lobo 2.4K models.
Specifications- Model and Capacity: Atom 600 (600 VA / 420 W), Lobo 1.2K (1200 VA / 720 W), Lobo 2.4K (2400 VA / 1440 W).
- Input: Voltage of 230 VAC with an acceptable range of 100-290 VAC for Atom and 90-280 VAC for Lobo models. Frequency range is 50Hz/60Hz with auto-sensing capability.
- Output: AC voltage regulation in battery mode is 230V ±10% with a transfer time of 20 ms (typical). The waveform in battery mode is a simulated sine wave.
- Battery: Battery voltage is 12 VDC for Atom and Lobo 1.2K, and 24 VDC for Lobo 2.4K. Floating charge voltage is 13.7 VDC ± 2% for Atom and Lobo 1.2K, and 27.4 VDC ± 2% for Lobo 2.4K. Overcharge protection is set at 14.5 VDC ± 2% for Atom, 15.0 VDC ± 2% for Lobo 1.2K, and 30.0 VDC ± 2% for Lobo 2.4K.
- Physical Dimensions: Atom 600 measures 359 x 97 x 147 mm and weighs 5.1 kg. Lobo models measure 300 x 360 x 88 mm with weights of 6.1 kg and 7.4 kg respectively.
- Environmental Conditions: Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C for Atom and 0°C to 40°C for Lobo models. Storage temperature is -15°C to 50°C for all models.
