Fabric Filter Elements As standard, the fabric filter elements consist of an inner and outer support body, an outer fabric stocking and two end caps with flat seals or O-rings. The elements are available in 9 different standard lengths, but can also be manufactured in any other length up to max. 1016 mm. Our fabric filter elements are available in 2 material variants (fabric stocking, support tubes and end caps made of 100% polypropylene or 100% polyamide) and in 12 different fineness’s. For both variants, different sealing materials are available as flat seals and as O-rings. Through the use of different adapters, all versions can be used in almost all common filter housings. The flow direction of the elements is from outside to inside. If the fabric filter elements are to be backwashed when installed, we recommend backwash protection to prevent the fabric stocking from tearing open.
