Specialized for steam generator inspection. Deploy the videoscope and quickly and efficiently check for damage due to vibration, pressure, thermal fatigue and platform damage, foreign body contamination, corrosion and faults. Given the growing demand for electricity and the need to reduce downtime, POLYFLEX is an indispensable tool for all power generation inspection departments. The POLYFLEX videoscope has been designed in consultation with nuclear industry specialists to enable risk-free inspections of these structures. With its unique structure enabling a superb combination of vertical rigidity and horizontal flexibility, the POLYFLEX is further enhanced by state-of-the-art optical and imaging sensors, as well as a dual-redundant, highintensity LED lighting system. Measuring just 2.40 mm thick, the POLYLEX videoscope can easily maneuver through narrow tubular corridors, while the high-intensity LED lighting system can illuminate pipes up to 100 mm in diameter. Customized models of the POLYFLEX are available and include an integrated operating channel for simple and precise deployment of all recovery tools when required.
