Product Overview: VITOSEAL 100 is a vinyl sealing tape designed for both interior and exterior applications. It is known for its excellent sealing capabilities against air, water, sound, heat, and cold. The tape is made from polyvinyl foam with mostly closed cells and features a modified acrylate adhesive on one side.

Characteristics:

Provides good thermal and acoustic insulation.
Maintains high flexibility across a wide temperature range (-30°C to +60°C).
Absorbs sound and vibration effectively.
Features a closed, abrasion-resistant surface.
Exhibits good resistance to weathering and aging.
Watertight when compressed above 30%.
Permanently flexible with a flammability rate of ≤100 mm/min (6 mm) according to FMVSS 302.

Limitations: The tape should not be used with acrylic glass (PMMA) due to the risk of stress cracks caused by plasticizer migration.

One-sided self-adhesive.
Thicknesses range from 3 mm to 20 mm.

Standard density is 100 to 125 kg/m³, with black color.
Other colors, versions, and densities (130 to 350 kg/m³) are available upon request, including special types SOFT and SUPERSOFT.
