Overview
The VisiCube is a high-performance intelligent compact camera with a computational power of 3200 MIPS, comparable to a 2.6 GHz Pentium processor. It features 32 MB DRAM and 4 MB Flash EPROM for program and data storage. The camera can capture full frame images at 640 x 480 pixels at 32 frames per second. It includes eight integrated LEDs for scan lighting (6 white, 2 red) and an adjustable lens with focal lengths of 6mm or 12mm. The robust aluminum and plastic housing provides IP65/67 protection, making it suitable for rugged environments.
The VisiCube operates on its internal multitasking operating system, VCRT, allowing multiple processes to run simultaneously. It outputs video to a PC via a 100MBit Ethernet interface. The camera is designed for industrial applications, resistant to shock and vibration, and includes multiple I/O lines for controlling external equipment. It can also interface with a PLC for more complex control tasks.
Dimensions: 65 x 45 x 45 mm, approx. 170 g
