Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides technical specifications and guidelines for the DZR brass automatic balancing valve with threaded union F/F ends (ISO 7/1 Rp). It highlights the valve's compatibility, working conditions, material norms, and installation instructions.
Specifications:
  • The valve is TR CU 010 compliant and operates under a maximum pressure of 25 bar up to 110°C, and 20 bar above 110°C.
  • It is suitable for water temperatures ranging from -10°C to +130°C, with specific conditions for antifreeze and anti-boiling fluids.
  • Flow ranges vary by valve size: DN15 and L-DN20 (0.02l/s to 0.20l/s), H-DN15, DN20, and DN25 (0.13l/s to 0.95l/s), DN32, DN40, and DN50 (0.31l/s to 2.60l/s).
Material Norms:
  • Components are made from materials such as Brass EN12165 CW617N, DZR Brass EN12165 CW602N, EPDM Perox, and Stainless Steel EN10270-3 1.4310HS.
Cartridge Information:
  • Cartridges are available in various flow ranges and differential pressures, identified by a unique numeric code.
  • Flow regulation accuracy is within +/-5% of the nominal flow.
Installation Guidelines:
  • Ensure the flow direction matches the arrow on the valve body.
  • Flush the system before installing the cartridge and use pipes of the same nominal size for optimal flow regulation.
  • Water quality should comply with VDI 2035, and at least one strainer should be used per installation.

Install the valve so that the flow direction matches the direction of the arrow indicated on the body of the valve. Perform correct flushing of the plant before installing the cartridge. In order to obtain the best correct flowrate regulation the valves should be installed using pipes of its same nominal size. Water quality should be according VDI 2035. Use at least one strainer for each installation.
