CARPENTRY The frame uprights of the machine are made from the same standard metal sheet (material certified to S355J2 + N) and cut in the same machining direction to guarantee a homogeneous behaviour of the structure. The machine frame is assembled and w e ld e d in t h e c a r p e n t r y d iv is io n . A ll c onta c t surfaces are milled before welding for perfect contact, thus ensuring a high quality structure: rigid and precise, free from tensions.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING Due to the assembly precision obtained by the machined surfaces, during boring operations only small amounts of material ha ve to be removed thus reducing heating. All components are made entirely in the plant, equipped with a fleet of latest generation machines that are constantly being renewed. All mechanical processing, electrical and hydraulic systems are entirely built with world class materials and components.

TANDEM Tandem configuration is available with two or more press brakes having the same bending length and same nominal bending pressures, or with two or more press brakes having different lengths and different nominal bending pressures. The press brakes can work in tandem mode or single mode, that means that each one can work separately and independently. Working separately, each machine is protected by photocells. Working in tandem, the machines are protected by laser barriers.
