Specifications:
- Working Spindle: Options for 2, 3, or 4 spindles with distances of 400, 270, and 200 mm respectively. Spindle tapers available are HSK-A-63, HSK-A-80, and HSK-A-100. Maximum speed ranges from 8000 to 12000 rpm. Maximum power per spindle at S6/40% is 26, 32, or 50 kW, with maximum torque at 87, 166, or 275 Nm.

- Travel Axes: X-axis travel options are 400, 270, and 200 mm, while Y and Z axes have a travel of 900 and 450 mm respectively. Optional independent Z-axes are available.

- Feed Drives: Maximum rapid traverse for X, Y, and Z axes is 70 m/min. Maximum feed thrust is 15 kN for X, 35 kN for Y, and 20 kN for Z. Acceleration varies with TW, TR, and QD configurations.

- Tool Magazine: Direct tool change system with capacities for 2 spindles ranging from 36 to 80 tools, and for 3-4 spindles from 48 to 72 tools. Chip-to-chip time is approximately 3 seconds.

- Pallet-Changer and Tables: A1-axis horizontal pallet-changer with a range of 0°-180°. Twin swivelling tables (A2-A3 axes) and optional NC rotary tables (B axes) configurations available.

- Accuracy: Position measuring system is direct-absolute for X/Y/Z & A-B axes. Positioning tolerance for X/Y/Z axes is TP 8µm and for A/B axes is ±5”.

- CNC Control: Options for Siemens or Fanuc systems.

- Machine Dimensions and Weight: Dimensions are 2700 x 4235 x 3550 mm with an approximate weight of 15 tons.
