PAN CAROUSEL The Vidir Pan Carousel is a fully automated storage system with carriers that rotate up and down to deliver SKU’s to the operator at an ergonomic height. The carousel can recover an average of 80% of your floor space by utilizing overhead space for storage, increasing inventory accuracy, providing greater security, control, and increasing workplace safety. Simple and intuitive controls easily interface with enterprise level ERP and WMS systems to provide a fully integrated storage solution. CARRIER CONFIGURATION Whether storing products directly in the carrier, using standard storage containers, or application specific containers and bins, the Pan Carousel’s flexible carrier design can be optimized to best utilize the available cubic feet within the carousel. Vidir’s carriers come in five standard sizes with up to 30 ft3 of available storage per carrier.* Up to 2,500 lbs can be loaded per carrier to a total of 39,000 per carousel. Carrier lips are available in 2” and 6” sizes ensuring loose items remain securely in-place during rotation. Additionally, bins and totes can be used as needed to create a custom high density storage system that is application specific. Open carrier option accepts any number of storage configurations.
