Powdering and screening machines type SR ../..-P with swirl trough Our powdering and screening machines have a draft unit in the product feed section which enables the granular material (e.g. hot melt or elastomer pellets) to be thoroughly mixed with powder; this prevents the product from caking when it is processed further. The machines are offered with one or two screen decks for screening excess powder as undersizes and separating agglomerates, pellet chains, or spikes as oversizes. The vibrating motor and screen inserts share the same proven design as our SRK screening machines, which are likewise used for plastics pellets. If the inlet swirl trough is removed, the screening machine can also be employed for standard applications such as removing oversizes and / or fines.
