Flexible Drive Vibrators

Flexible drive vibrators are available with connection hoses in lengths of 2 to 5 meters, weighing from 4.3 to 10.7 kg. Vibrator types range from Ø18 mm to Ø48 mm with vibration frequencies of 12,000 vibrations per minute and centrifugal forces from 500 N to 6,000 N. Influent diameters vary from 15 cm to 90 cm.

Drive Motors

Electric Motors: 230 V single-phase, 2,300 W power, IP 457 protection, unbreakable casing with shoulder strap, CE certified.
Thermal Motors: Gasoline 4-stroke engines (ROBIN EY15, 2,600 W, 3.5 hp) and Diesel engines (HATZ 1B20, 3,400 W, 4.6 hp), mounted on frames with gear reduction.

Pneumatic Vibrating Pokers

Equipped with 2 m hoses, control valves, quick connectors, filters, and steel tips (optional Vulkollan tips). Lubrication is provided by MR59 oiler with specifications of 3,000 L/min and max pressure of 12 bars.

Models: Diameters from 25 mm to 145 mm, vibration frequencies between 14,000 and 20,000 vib/min, centrifugal forces from 700 N to 55,000 N, air consumption from 400 to 2,200 L/min.

Special synthetic anti-freeze oil is recommended for pneumatic tools to prevent condensation, frost, wear, and oxidation.

High Frequency Electric Immersion Vibrators (42 V / 200 Hz)

These sets include frequency converters and vibrating needles with 12,000 rpm. Available in various series:

AET Series: ABS casing, 5 m hose, 10 m cable, no thermal protection.
TNE Series: Nylon casing, thermal protection, 5 m hose, 10 m cable.
PEA Series: Powerful, nylon casing, double thermal protection, 5 m hose, 10 m cable.

Needles come standard with steel tips; Vulkollan tips are optional. Variants include pistol grip and reinforced tungsten tubes for prefabrication.

Frequency Converters and Generators

Frequency converters operate at 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase input, outputting 42 V at 200 Hz. Power ranges from 1.2 kVA to 4.7 kVA with multiple socket options. Portable and frame-mounted models are available with permanent magnets or collectors.

Thermal generators with gasoline or diesel engines are also offered, with power up to 4.5 kVA and up to 65 A output current.

Selection criteria: The sum of the vibrating needles' current must not exceed the converter's nominal current.

Electric External Vibrators

Two series are available:

EA-X Series: 230/400 V three-phase, 50/60 Hz, adjustable masses, ATEX Zone 22 compliant (except EA3006), power from 95 W to 650 W, speeds from 18 to 1,099 rpm.
EA HF Series: 42 V fixed frequency (200 Hz) or variable frequency (0-100 Hz), centrifugal forces from 12 to 43 kg, power up to 2,000 W. Delivered without wiring or mounting plates; frequency converters or variators required.

Flexible and Fixed Profile Vibrating Screeds

RDPE Series: Double profile extensible steel screeds with lengths from 2.8 to 6.25 m, weights from 120 to 150 kg, available with pneumatic, electric HF, or thermal vibration equipment.

RDPF Series: Double profile fixed screeds in steel or aluminum, lengths from 1.5 to 6 m, weights from 100 to 130 kg, with similar vibration equipment options.

Custom dimensions and vibration frequencies available on request.

Pneumatic External Vibrators and Vibrating Tables

VEP Series Vibrating Flat Tables: Designed for precast concrete elements, with frequencies from 8,500 to 17,000 vib/min, centrifugal forces from 710 to 6,250 N, amplitudes from 1.1 to 6.7 cm, weights from 6.6 to 17 kg, and air consumption between 870 and 1,840 L/min.

TV Series Vibrating Screeds: Dimensions range from 600x400x800 mm to 1,500x1,500x800 mm, equipped with EA series vibrators, suitable for loads from 80 to 350 kg.

General Recommendations and Notes

All electric vibrators require appropriate frequency converters or variators.
Vibrators are delivered without wiring, mounting plates, or bolts unless specified.
Special orders available for different voltages, frequencies, and accessories such as longer hoses or pistol grips.
Anti-freeze synthetic oil is recommended for pneumatic tools to prevent operational issues.
Compliance with European CE standards and ATEX certifications where applicable.
