Wedge Socket Overview
Nordtech-Vetec offers wedge sockets suitable for rope sizes ranging from 9 to 32 mm. These sockets are designed for low deflection and are ideal for direct swap installations. They feature a robust construction and are sealed to IP68 standards, ensuring high environmental protection. Additionally, ATEX certification is available for these products.

Specifications
The wedge sockets are available in various capacities: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250 tonnes. They have a full load output of 1.0 nominal mV/V and a zero load output of ≤±0.004%. The maximum excitation is 10 (15) V, with an accuracy of less than 0.5% and repeatability of less than 0.10%. The input resistance is 375 Ω, and the output resistance is 350 Ω. The compensated temperature range is -10 to +40 °C, while the operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C. The temperature coefficient on zero is <0.050% Capacity/°C, and on span is <0.030% Capacity/°C. The safe overload capacity is 150%, and insulation is greater than 500 MΩ at 100Vdc.
