Technical Specifications
- Materials: Piston rod made of stainless steel X10 Cr Ni S 18-09, bush and body of nickel-plated brass, spring of steel, seals of NBR rubber, nuts of zinc-coated steel.
- Temperature Range: Environment: -20°C to +80°C; Medium: 0°C to +40°C.
- Pressure and Medium: Operating pressure range is 2 to 7 bar, using filtered air. Lubrication is not required.
- Bore Sizes: 6 mm, 10 mm, 16 mm.
- Stroke Lengths: 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm.
- Threaded Piston Rod: Standard option available.
- Codes: CZ 06/.., CZ 10/.., CZ 16/..
- Thrust and Spring Forces: At 6 bar, thrusts are 12 N, 35 N, and 102 N for bores 6 mm, 10 mm, and 16 mm respectively. Spring forces vary with stroke.
- Series CZ cylinders require no maintenance or lubrication.
- Avoid high radial loads on the piston rod to ensure longevity.
