Controls and Instrumentation: Equipped with an IP54 painted carbon steel control panel, S7-1500 HMI Siemens Comfort Panel, and GAMP V validated software compliant with CFR21 Part 11.
Validation and Documentation: Standard design documents and qualification protocols are provided in English, with O&M manuals available in local languages.

Optional Features
Options include a feed water tank, SS 304 control board, pure steam automatic outlet valve, and more, enhancing system functionality and monitoring capabilities.

Service and Support
Polaris™ 2.0 systems comply with GAMP, cGMP, ISPE, and FDA guidelines, ensuring product quality specifications meet major pharmacopoeia standards. A preventative maintenance approach is adopted to minimize downtime and extend system life.

PS Condense Quality
Specifications include conductivity < 1.3 μS/cm @ 25°C, TOC < 500 ppb, bacterial endotoxins < 0.25 EU/mL, bacteria < 10 CFU/100 ml, nitrate < 0.2 ppm, and heavy metals < 0.1 ppm.

Utilities Required
Requirements include feed water temperature of 15 - 20°C, feed water pressure of 1 - 2 barg, power supply of 400/230 V, 3PH+N+PE, 50 Hz, compressed air of 6 - 8 bar, and cooling water for sampling.

Material Specification
Components are made from high-quality materials such as Inox 316L for evaporating columns and heat exchangers, Inox 316 for feed pumps, and Inox 304 for support frames.
