APPLICATION Very quiet operation makes CAB B ideal for ventilation of public buildings, libraries, conference rooms, offices, restaurants, classrooms, audio studios, etc. CONSTRUCTION The fan casing is made of galvanized sheet steel and is equipped with 50mm fiberglass fire-retardant (MO) sound insulation. Impeller with backward curved polyamide blades. The rounded inlet and outlet nozzles are fitted with rubber gaskets. The housing cover is equipped with locks which allow easy access to the impeller and motor without dismantling the fan from the installation. All models are also equipped with four mounting brackets to install the fan on the wall, floor or ceiling. The fans can be installed outdoors as standard. MOTOR The fans are equipped with asynchronous, single-phase 230V, 50/60Hz motors with ball bearings. Models CAB B 100 - CAB B 160 have IP44 protection rating, insulation class B. Models CAB B 200 - CAB B 250 have IP44 protection rating, insulation class F. All motors are designed for voltage-controlled speed control. Electrical connection diagram - fig. 9, p. 663.
