VENTURA Design
The VENTURA model is a revolutionary design that reuses nearly 100% of energy, reducing energy costs to 1.23 Therms/ton (130 MJ/T) for products with 6% inlet moisture and 0.5% discharge moisture. The product is discharged at a temperature below 110°F.

Product Features
Ventilex employs a unique "shaking" mechanism instead of vibration for product transport, ensuring gentle handling and achieving "plug-flow" sub-fluidization. The crankshaft design, inspired by locomotive technology, allows for synchronized movement of the dryer/cooler, maintaining low gravitational forces on the product, which results in long machine life and low maintenance costs.

Ventilex products meet or exceed global engineering and manufacturing standards, including ASME, DIN, ISO, and CE. The finishes comply with USDA and FDA regulations where applicable. The design and controls enable fully automatic operation, optimizing personnel efficiency.

Testing Facilities
Ventilex offers testing facilities to determine the suitability of Fluid Bed Drying and Cooling for specific products. Testing can be conducted at Ventilex's pilot plant or on-site, with costs based on daily testing and additional expenses. Lab-scale testing is available at no charge, requiring a sample and a completed Data Questionnaire.
