Control Valve Diagnostics Although they are considered as the final control element of the process loop, recent studies have indicated that 50-60% air operated Control Valves have serious performance problems. Plant efficiency is directly affected by the non-performance of its Control Valves, either in terms of production output or in terms of reliability, availability and profitability. The universal and versatile VenTrack system enables you to test all critical valve controls, which cause or at least, contribute to valve performance problems. The VenTrack exists of an unique combination of instruments and intelligent software. It will help you to quickly identify and rectify the valve problems and report the results. An average process plant contains 500 – 1500 Control Valves and an even greater number of Air Operated Shut-off valves from 10-20 different manufacturers. Test ALL manufacturers Control Valves with Analog, Digital and other types of Smart Positioners. Test all Air Operated Shut-off Valves.
