BELLOW SEAL TESTER HC2-BST HC2 The Ventil HC2-BST Bellow Tester is a simple, but clever and handy system for testing the tightness of the safety valve bellows. The universal Ventil HC2-BST exists of a test chamber with manually operated clamp clamps and overhead bridge for adapting the construction to the bellow diameter and length. How does it work; First an adapter ring is placed in the test chamber This ring chamber. seals on an O-ring and adapts the test chamber to the diameter of the bellow. Than the bellow (test object), is placed in the test chamber (top way down). A second adapter ring is placed on top and the hand operated clamps are used to keep the bellow and adapters in place and seal of the test chamber Finally the chamber. spindle is screwed down to prevent that the b crewed bellow deflects / compresses during the test. The bellow is filled up with water and the test chamber is pressurized with compressed air, pressure 0-7 bar / 100 PSI. , The possible leakage can easily be detected and located by e visually inspecting and looking for bubbles. Delivery The Ventil HC2-BST is delivered ready for use, including; ed • Set (3 pcs) hand operated clamps clamps. • Set adapters for the most common bellows. • Gas (compressed air) test system 0 bar / 100 PSI with 0-7 pressure regulator, block-/release valve and press /release pressure gauges 0-10 bar / 145 PSI.
