IMPASTATRICI RIBALTABILI Tilting tank mixers L ’impastatrice ribaltabile Velati è interamente realizzata in acciaio inox ed è costituita da un robusto basamento al quale è incernierata la vasca di miscelazione costruita a doppia culla. Nella vasca sono presenti due alberi a palette intersecanti di uguali forme e dimensioni. La capacità della vasca può variare da 300, 500, 700 o 1.100 litri. Tutte le impastatrici sono disponibili anche nelle versioni vuoto e con immissioni di CO2. Questa tipologia di impastatrice scarica su due o più vagonetti il prodotto lavorato con un rovesciamento della vasca, permettendo in questo modo il totale recupero della materia prima e un lavaggio semplice e rapido della vasca stessa. Il sistema di alberi a pale incrociate consente, inoltre, una rapida e sicura miscelazione del prodotto senza provocarne lo schiacciamento o il danneggiamento. The Velati’s tilting mixer is completely made of stainless steel and it is formed by a solid basement in which is attached a mixing tank built with a double cradle. In the tank there are two mixing shafts with intersecting paddles of the same shapes and dimensions. The tank capacity varies between 300, 500, 700 or 1.100 lt. Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. This kind of mixer discharges the product on two or more trolleys by a tank tilting, allowing the complete recovery of raw material and a quick and easy washing of the tank itself. The mixing shaft system with intersecting paddles allows as well a rapid and safe working without smashing the product.
