TRITACARNE TA6 – TM6 TA6 – TM6 Grinders I tritacarne Velati TA6 - TM6, interamente costruiti in acciaio inox, sono stati studiati per effettuare lavorazioni adatte alla piccola/media industria con le medesime caratteristiche dei tritacarne costruiti per la grande industria. Entrambi i modelli sono disponibili in due versioni rispettivamente a due velocità e a velocità variabile. La prima versione, quella a due velocità, dispone di due velocità sull’elica di alimentazione mentre la velocità dei coltelli rimane costante; la seconda versione, a velocità variabile, è dotata invece di velocità variabile sia sull’elica di alimentazione che sui i coltelli, permettendo in questo modo di mantenere un’elevata qualità del prodotto. Il modello TA6 non dispone della vasca di miscelazione ma di una tramoggia con un alimentatore a palette, mentre il modello TM6 è dotato di una vasca di miscelazione con due alberi a palette. Velati’s TA6 - TM6 grinders, completely built in stainless steel, have been designed to perform productions fitted for the small/medium industry preserving the same mechanical and tecnical characteristics of grinders built for the large industry. Both models are available in two different versions: two speeds and variable speed. The first version, the two speeds one, has two speeds on the feeding worm while the knives’ speed remains constant; the second version, the variable speed one, has instead a variable speed both on the feeding worm and on the knives allowing to maintain a high quality product. The TA6 model has not the mixing tank but a hopper with a paddle feeder, while the TM6 model is provided with a mixing tank with two shafts with paddles.
