TRITACARNE TA – TM – TMR TA – TM – TMR Grinder I tritacarne Velati TA - TM - TMR, interamente costruiti in acciaio inox, sono stati studiati per effettuare lavorazioni di carne fresca, raffreddata e congelata per la media/grande industria. I modelli TA e TM dispongono di due velocità sull’elica di alimentazione mentre la velocità dei coltelli rimane costante; il modello TMR, invece, dispone di velocità variabile con conseguente cambiamento di velocità sull’elica di alimentazione e sui coltelli, a garanzia di un prodotto a elevato standard qualitativo. Ulteriore differenza tra i vari modelli è data dalla vasca di miscelazione non presente nel modello TA dotato di una tramoggia con alimentatore a palette. I modelli TM e TMR sono invece dotati di una vasca di miscelazione con due alberi a palette. The Velati’s TA - TM - TMR grinders, completely made of stainless steel, have been designed to perform fresh, cooled, and frozen meat productions for the medium/big industry. The TA and the TM models are equipped with two speeds on the feeding worm while the knife speed remains constant; the TMR model, instead, is provided with a variable speed functioning with consequent speed variation on the feeding worm and knives ensuring a high quality products standard. Another difference between the various models regards the mixing tank which is not present in the TA model, equipped instead with a hopper with feeding paddles. The TM and TMR models are equipped with a mixing tank with two paddled shafts.
