INSACCATRICE SIXPISixpi Feller Machine L'insaccatrice a pistoni multipli SIXPI, completamente realizzata in acciaio inox, e ideale per I'insacco di prodotti crudi e cotti di elevata qualita. II principio di costruzione dell'insaccatrice, brevettata per prima da Veiati nel 1962, e costituito da una parte rotante e da sei cilindri all'interno dei quali si muovono sei pistoni. II particolare accoppiamento tra il movimento dei pistoni nei cilindri e della parte rotante consentono un insacco che evita danneggiamento e stress della carne. Al taglio il prodotto finale si presents compat-to e consistente con un'ottima distribuzione ed evidenza della granulometria del prodotto insaccato. La nuova SIXPI e dotata di un innovativo sistema di controllo di tutte le fasi del processo; grazie al nuovo design e alia particolare tecnica di costruzione la macchina e facilmente lavabile nel rispet-to del le norme di igienicita, All'insaccatrice SIXPI puo essere applicato ogni tipo di accesso-rio quali clippatrice, attorcigliatore, torsionatore attualmente presente sul mercato. The multiple piston filler SIXPI, completely made of stainless steel, it is ideal for filling raw and cooked products of high quality. The construction principle of the filler, first patented by Veiati in 1962, consists of a rotating part and six cylinders within which move six pistons. The special coupling between the movement of the pistons in the cylinders and of the rotating part allow a filling which avoids damage and stress of the meat. When cut, the final product is compact and consistent with good distribution and evidence of the grain size of the filled product. The new SIXPI is equipped with an innovative control system for all phases of the process; thanks to the new design and the particular technique of building, the machine is easily washable in compliance with the hygiene rules. On the SIXPI filler can be applied all kinds of accessories such as clipping machine, automatic spinners, twisters currently present on the market.
