LED ILLUMINATOR HCL-LEC-80W5 Professional ring pseudoaxial LED illuminator, direct mounting around lens. High brightness illuminator. This special lighting is used in all those critical applications where the ambience light may cause a problem, in fact the light output of this illuminator is comparable to sunlight, inhibits the effects of the ambience light. The elastic central support is tested to work with accelerations up to 3G, ideal to be fitted with cameras on robot wrist. It can be mounted in two different ways; fixed between the lens and the camera (thickness 0.8 mm) or via four fixing holes M3. The two concentric circles can be switched independently. The 80 LEDs have a high diffusion coefficient and therefore do not produce any circular or patches typical of standard LEDs. Each LED is equipped with sink, cooling with natural circulation. Can be mounted filters of various types, optical projectors, diffusers and other accessories to achieve different lighting effects. The external controller can drive the illuminator with variable input voltage or with fixed 24V voltage. Fixed voltage mode allows you to choose 7 light intensities. The lighting is designed to work with temperature up to 80 º. There is a risk of burns of 2nd grade. The plastic case allows a thermal insulation of the hot parts of the illuminators, but the metal components (aluminum heatsink and screw) and LEDs can reach high temperatures.
