At VDM Metals, the important processes are performed inhouse to ensure reproducible quality and efficient processing. These processes include melting and re-melting, forging and rolling, drawig, peeling, turning, and grinding. At our melting plants, our nickel alloys and special stainless steels are melted in an electric arc furnace and then subjected to vacuum treatment.
