Ordering Information
The valve with a pneumatic actuator is double-acting and includes a position indicator. Opening sizes range from 50 × 300 mm to 50 × 1250 mm. Ordering numbers are available upon request.

Valve Specifications
- Type: Valve seat side, Valve type A, with bonnet flange for gate service.
- Sealing: 4-fold sealing with stainless steel foil, 0.1 mm thick.
- Leak Rate: Valve body and seat have a leak rate of less than 1 · 10-5 mbar Is-1.
- Differential Pressure: On the gate ≤ 1 bar, at opening ≤ 5 mbar.
- Service Life: 10,000 cycles until first service.
- Operation Time: Closing or opening time is ≤ 1.5 seconds at 50 mm opening height.

Temperature and Material
- Temperature: Valve body and gate made of aluminum can withstand up to 120 °C, stainless steel up to 150 °C. Actuator and position indicator can handle up to 80 °C.
- Material: Valve body and gate are made from aluminum EN AW-5083 or stainless steel AISI 304. Actuator shafts are also AISI 304.

Sealing and Mounting
- Seal Material: FKM (Viton®) for gate, flanges, and feedthrough.
- Mounting Position: Actuator can be mounted up or down.
- Position Indicator: Operates on 10 – 30 V DC PNP, with NPN optional.

Functional Principle and Options
- Tensile Force: Maximum tensile force of the foil on the gate is 0.5 N per mm.
- Options: Solenoid for impulse actuation at 24 V DC, surface treatment options like hard anodized or nickel-plated aluminum, and bellows.
