GEARBOXES IN-LINE HELICAL RD RD gearboxes are 2 or 3-stage helical gearboxes with solid output shafts. The RD series comes in 7 sizes with 35 reduction ratios per type. Output torque ranges between 30 and 2300 Nm. RD helical gearboxes are made in die-cast aluminium for the first five sizes and in cast iron for the remaining sizes. RD Series gearboxes are B3 base mounted but can easily be converted for B5 flange mounting by fitting the appropriate output flange. Output shafts are available in various dimensions and types to suit most applications. IEC or NEMA motors can be fitted easily using interchangeable flanges and flexible couplings. The flexible coupling is contained inside the gearbox body and does not therefore increase the length of the gearbox. La Serie dei riduttori RD e costituita da riduttori coassiali con albero di uscita soLido, in esecuzione a 2 e a 3 coppie di riduzione. La Serie RD e prevista in 7 grandezze, 35 rapporti di riduzione per ogni tipo di ridut-tore e momenti torcenti fra 30 e 2300 Nm. I riduttori coassiali della Serie RD sono costruiti in alluminio pressofuso per le prime cinque grandezze ed in ghisa per le rimanenti. I riduttori Serie RD sono costruiti con car-cassa realizzata sempre in forma B3 con piedi, ma predisposta per la conversione in forma B5 utilizzando semplicemente una delle diverse flange di uscita dispo-nibili. Diverse dimensioni di alberi di uscita sono disponibili per la piu ampia possibility di applicazioni. I motori IEC o NEMA sono facilmente montati con flange e giunti elastici di col-legamento intercambiabili. II giunto elastico, contenuto all'interno del corpo riduttore, non comporta aumenti di-mensionali nella lunghezza del riduttore.
