MOTOR FLEXIBLE COUPLING GIUNTO ELASTICO PER MOTORE The flexible coupling for use between VARVEL gearboxes and IEC/NEMA motors provides a versatile alternative solution to standard key and keyway couplings without increasing the overall length of the assembled gearmotor. The coupling consists of three parts: a gearbox half coupling in steel, machined in one piece with the input shaft (the worm in the case of worm gearboxes or the shaft in the case of other gearboxes), a high temperature resistant elastic ring in polyarylamide and a motor half coupling in die-cast aluminium (optionally in steel). In addition to speeding up stock rotation at VARVEL, the flexible coupling also offers numerous technical advantages including the possibility of using one single gearbox per reduction ratio, greater versatility, improved torsional rigidity, reduced vibration and fretting between key and keyway, and the elimination of backlash in the coupling between gearbox and motor. Il giunto elastico di collegamento tra riduttori VARVEL e motori IEC/NEMA rappresenta una soluzione flessibile ed alternativa all‘accoppiamento standard con linguetta, senza che vi sia un aumento dell‘ingombro complessivo del motoriduttore. Il giunto è composto da tre componenti: un semi-giunto riduttore in acciaio realizzato integralmente con albero entrata (vite senza fine nei riduttori a vite oppure manicotto entrata nei riduttori ad ingranaggi), un anello elastico in polirilammide resistente alle elevate escursioni termiche ed un semi-giunto motore in alluminio pressofuso o acciaio (su richiesta).
