V368 Fish skinner The V368 is a manual skinning machine specially designed for flat fish such as sole, small smooth skate wings and for large fresh or smoked fillets. The V368 is versatile and can be used by fishmongers, at the market or in supermarkets, etc. It is also very compact (290 cm working width) and can be placed on its stand or on a table.
