V1558S / V1558 / V1658 Automatic skinning machines The V1588S, V1588 and V1688 are compact singleor double lane skinning machines for small and medium-sized fillets of white fish with soft skin. They are designed to optimize shine and yield, thanks to silver plates that are positioned at the level of the pressure roller (Varlet patent) to hold and guide the fillet. These machines are also suitable for traditional and deep skinning.
