It features a stainless-steel cabinet, in-line wet blasting, cleaning, and drying capabilities, and is designed to integrate into existing production lines. The system is user-friendly with an automated load door and intuitive HMI interface.

Industries and Applications

Processing Description
The system processes products through wet blasting, rinsing, and blow-off stages. It accommodates various nozzle configurations and includes a sump unit, blast pump, and slurry mixing area. Additives like detergents or rust inhibitors can be used to modify surface properties. The process is contained within a watertight enclosure to prevent contamination.

Technical Acceptance Process

Vapormatt assigns a dedicated project leader to each customer, ensuring the machine meets specifications through factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT). Aftermarket support includes spares, servicing, and Vapormatt 4.0 for maximum uptime.
