STATIONARY FILTER UNIT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS • For industrial use to capture dust in various workstations, dust and fumes at welding-shops. D-100 filter units are easily mounted on walls or columns with its mounting brackets to save workspace in the production halls. • There are two stage filters in D-100 units. First stage filter is metal mesh filter, made of aluminium and it is washable. Hot and coarse dust particles are filtered at this stage. The class of this filter is G3 acc. to DIN EN 779. •The second stage filter is cartridge filter. The cartridge filter is made of polyester non-woven with PTFE teflon membrane. They arrest 0.2 - 2 micron particles with %99.9 efficiency. Dust Class M acc. to DIN EN 60335. • The filter unit is equipped with manuel jet-pulse cleaning. A manometer is integrated for monitoring "the dust load on the cartridge filter". The manuel jet-pulse cleaning is activated by pressing the cleaning button on the control panel. The dust is collected in the leakproof dust tray. The dust tray is very easy to empty. Dust tray volume: 7 liter. ON/OFF power switch is clearly placed on the control panel. The control panel is made of sheet metal to provide maximum electrical safety. The user friendly connection between filter unit and control panel is very easy and safe, thanks to the plug and socket connection. • D-100 filter unit is used with one extraction arm. The length of the standard arms can be 2m. - 3m. or 4m. long. The hood of the extraction arm is made of aluminium to provide long lifetime. The flexible hose is made of polyurethane on standard arms. Different hose material is also available on request for different dust types. • Static and dynamic balanced impeller with silencer ensures low sound level < 66 dB (A). 1- The extraction arms can be used together with the extension cranes to increase the working range. 2- The duct connection adaptor is available to connect the outlet air (clean air after filtration) to a duct. * Ongoing product development may subject our specifications to alteration without notice.
