TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Filter Cell Dust Level Indicator STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS • SM-Filter units are fully assembled with Its filters, fan and motor, automatic cleaning system and control panel which are ready to • High efficiency fans, which are made of aluminum are backward curved and directly coupled to the motor. • Cartridge filters are made of polyester non-woven. They arrest 0.2 - 2 micron particles with %99.9 efficiency. Dust Class M acc. to DIN EN 60335. Cartridge filters have a temperature resistance up to 80 °C. • Fully automatic (Jet-pulse) filter cleaning system with pressured air (4-5 bar). Dust level on the filters is constantly measured with differential pressure gauge. Cleaning cycle is activated through the valve control card by the differential pressure gauge only when it is necessary in order to ensure electrical efficiency and greener application. • Control panel (400V ~ 50 Hz) and the differential pressure gauge that start-and-stop jet pulse cleaning aut omatically are standard on SM- filter units. Dust level indicator of filter elements for operators and pressured-air regulator (max.10 bar) for cleaning system are also included in the control panel. • High volume dust bin with wheels. • Low sound levels with sound isolation in Fan Cabin. • Made of carbon steel with electrostatic painting for indoor applications. • Right or Left handside contaminated air inlet. • Teflon membrane(PTFE) coated cartridge filter elements can be used.(For applications to capture very small and tiny dust particles.) • Aluminium coated cartridge filter elements can be used for anti-static applications. • 220-480 V ~ 60 Hz Motor and Control Panel. • SM-Filter units can be equipped with explosion panels to minimize the risks associated with dust explosions. • Ex-proof motor, valves and control panel for Ex-proof applications. • HEPA filter (H13-37m2) can be mounted at the clean air outlet. * Stainless steel filter unit including dust bin and all parts interacting with the respective dust.
