PLASMA - LASER FILTER UNIT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS • Filter.fan and motor, automatic cleaning system with control panel is assembled in the factory and delivered. Ready to operate. • Panel filters are made of polyester non-woven with PTFE membrane.They arrest 0.2-2 micron particles with %99.9 efficiency. Dust Class M acc. to DIN EN 60335 and Filter Class H13 acc. to DIN EN 1822. Average life - time of panel filters is approximately • The filter unit is equipped with automatic jet-pulse cleaning. Cleaning pressure is 4 +4.5 bar. Jet - pulse cleaning is activated by the AP(differencial pressure) control system automatically, depending on the dust load on the filter surface. • The filter has a "pressurized air regulator" inside. (0-10 bar) • The pressure gauge over the control panel indicates the pressure loss across the filter elements. • Automatic start/stop function synchronous with plasma/laser cutting machine. • Easy to handle standart dust container.
