MINI MOBILE FILTER UNIT Model: PM-101TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TYPE ♦ Ongoing product development may subject our specifications to alteration without notice. •For industrial use to capture dust and fumes at welding - shops. •There are two stage filters in PM-101 units. First stage filter is metal mesh filter, made of aluminium and it is washable. Hot and coarse dust particles are filtered at this stage. The class of this filter is G3 acc. to DIN EN 779. The second stage filter is cartridge filter. The cartridge filter is made of polyester non-wovenwith Teflon(PTFE) membran. They arrest 0.2 - 2 micron particles with %99.9 efficiency. Dust Class M acc. to DIN EN 60335. •The second stage cartridge filter is cleaned manually with an pressured air-gun. There is no need to disassemble the cartridge filter. •The dust is collected in the leakproof dust tray. The leakproof dust tray is very easy to empty. Dust tray volume: 5 liter. •The standard PM-101 has Brushless, long life span(5000-8000 work hours),one phase power connection-230V ~ 1P N PE - 50 Hz fan motor group. • Easy to move from one place to another with its rotating wheels.Two of the wheels have brakes to provide high occupational safety. •Low sound level s? 75 dB (A). •PM-101 has L=2000mm length flexible hose, L=600mm length adjustable flexi rigid suction nozzle with funnel and magnetic foot to position the suction point as standard accessory.
