M-1000 Filter Unit with EK-2 Extraction Arm  Clean-air outlet is replaced on the top of the filter unit, to provide a comfortable indoor environment for the workers around the filter unit. .  M – model mobile filter units are designed as an indoor filtration solution for industrial processes, generating smoke and fume, with smell – odor problems.  M – filter units can be used with VANTERM EK-2 type extraction arms or with duct connection, depending on the applied process.  M filter unit is delivered as a ready-to-operate dust collector with cassette filter elements inside, fully integrated fan, and control box.  There are 2 stages of filtration in standard M – model filter units: First stage is particle filtration with G4 Class filter cassettes according to EN 779. The second stage is the active carbon filter cassette, which is used for removal of gas-phase contaminations.  Depending on various industrial operations, M – filter units can be equipped, as a third filtration stage, with optional HEPA 13 or HEPA 14 filter modules, to improve its filtration degree, on request.
