M-Series Mobile FILTER UNITS Technical Specifications: PLUG-n-PLAY Ready to operate!  Average 6000-10000 working hour lifespan depending on the concentration level of the gas-phase contaminations.  Maximum operational safety with IP65 control box acc. IEC 60529 standard and internal electrical wiring.  The light-weight fan impellers are made of aluminum, which ensures long motor life-time.  High efficient, backward curved fans confirming ERP 2015 with G2.5 balance grade (static and dynamic) are direct coupled to motors. M-1000 Filter Unit with EK-2 Extraction Arm  Clean-air outlet is replaced on the top of the filter unit, to provide a comfortable indoor environment for the workers around the filter unit. .  M – model mobile filter units are designed as an indoor filtration solution for industrial processes, generating smoke and fume, with smell – odor problems.  M – filter units can be used with VANTERM EK-2 type extraction arms or with duct connection, depending on the applied process.  M filter unit is delivered as a ready-to-operate dust collector with cassette filter elements inside, fully integrated fan, and control box.  There are 2 stages of filtration in standard M – model filter units: First stage is particle filtration with G4 Class filter cassettes according to EN 779. The second stage is the active carbon filter cassette, which is used for removal of gas-phase contaminations.  Depending on various industrial operations, M – filter units can be equipped, as a third filtration stage, with optional HEPA 13 or HEPA 14 filter modules, to improve its filtration degree, on request. Arm-hood made of aluminum & High capturing efficiency rate  The service access doors for each filter stages and the control box are all replaced on the front side of the filter unit.  The filter elements used in M –model filter units, are Use-AndThrow-Away type filter cassettes. The filter elements must be replaced with new ones, after their life-time end.  The front side is enough for all maintenance and service needs. The contaminated air-inlet is on the top of the filter unit.
