EXTRACTION TABLES The extraction tables are designed and built to capture efficiently dust, smoke and fumes during Laser, Plasma or Flame cutting. Distance of cutting bars: 105 mm 2-) Grid mesh. Each segment has 525 mm width with its own pneumatic 6-) Control Arm. The control of the valves on each segment is made by means of the control arm. EXTRACTION TABLES 1- Pneumatic cylinder. Diameter - 25 mm. Stroke - 80 mm / type-6432 CDE 3- Throttle valve 1/8". This is used to adjust manually the closing- and opening-speed of segment dampers. 4- Pneumatic filter, regulator ve manometer. 1/4". Minimum 3 bar of compressor air is required at the pressure air inlet of the extraction table. The air pressure will be adjusted between 1,5-2 bar in order to provide a smooth working for the segment dampers. 5- Valve 1/4" type-6310. This valve is used to interrupt the compressor air connection to the extraction table for service and maintenance purposes....
