SAMPLE CARD WINDERS Mesdan’s Yarn Sample Card Winders are available in 3 versions: ·· Standard Sample Winder, suitable for regular spun yarns (like cotton, wool, etc.) and very wide count range (indicatively Nm 5 -100) ·· Special Sample Winder, distinguished by its high accuracy winding, particularly indicated for medium and fine yarns (like sewing threads) as well as filament yarns. The above two models can wind 12 yarns simultaneously, can fit almost any type of Sample Cards: max length 320 mm, max width 95 mm (see dimensions on back page) ·· Spectro Wind, single card winder, ideal for color gauging and yarn sampling for spectrophotometer analysis. The dyed yarn is wound on special sample holder (cardboard or plastic) preferably provided with a central hole, in order to allow color assessment in compliance with the main international standards.
