COLOUR FASTENESS TO RUBBING Suitable to measure color transfer/staining on any kind of knitted or woven fabrics, labels, narrow fabrics, carpets, sewing threads, etc. Two models available: ·· Hand-operated ·· Motorised Testing principle: The textile specimen is fixed to the testing area and rubbed against a dry or wet standard cotton lawn (crocking cloth) for a predetermined time/number of strokes. The colour transfer of the specimen onto the cotton lawn is assessed by means of a colour fastness Grey Scale (UNI EN ISO, AATCC, GB, etc.).
