Semi –automatic H-type baling presses The H-type series of baling presses from Valvan offers robust quality at an affordable price for small to medium sized capacities. This semi-automatic baling press is fitted with a vertical sliding end-door which offers greater safety for the operators and a smaller required footprint for the total machine. The pressing takes place in a closed box allowing for dense bales of different materials, even the most difficult materials to press. Several filling options, different bale sizes, motorizations and pressing forces are available, giving the user a great flexibility in whatever type of application the baling press is required for. Tying of the bale is manual and can be done with different types of strapping materials like steel- and plastic- wires or PET-and nylon straps. great flexibility Standard wire guiding system allowing an ergonomically sound and very fast manual tying of the bale. Controlled with Siemens PLC and featuring Touch panel controls. The knife/counter knife system allows for smooth pressing of hard and voluminous materials.
