Fully automatic channel baling presses with PT–tying system The innovative and highly reliable PT-tying system allows the bales to be strapped fully automatically with polypropylene twine. The complete range of Valvan channel baling presses can be fitted with this type of tying system and brings a lot of advantages for the customer: · Considerable saving on operation cost compared to steel wire tying. · Faster operation of the tying system compared to steel wire, means higher throughput. · The use of high strength twine and reliable knotting. · Reduces risk of injuries as no wire ends stick out, making handling and re-opening of the bale much safer. · Placing new twine rolls is much easier then changing heavy steel wire coils. · No need to remove steel wires before incineration or shreddering of the bales.
