Fully automatic channel baling presses C-type High reliability in a robust design for medium to large throughput. The robust, fully automatic channel baling presses from Valvan are used in a wide range of applications. They are implemented in production companies for handling of trim and production wastes. Our larger models are equally suitable for use in heavy recycling applications like recovered paper and cardboard, municipal wastes, PET-recycling and RDF/SRF production. Continues filling and fast Continuous operation and powerful hydraulics allow our baling presses to handle large amounts of material. To fit the requirements of each material, the baling press can be delivered either with a loading flap or with a heavy duty shear system on the main press plate. High reliability Heavy duty press plate with hardened steel rollers and guiding plates. Control panel with Siemens PLC and featuring touch panel controls. A “Remote service” modem and a safety PLC is included in the control panel. Our unique tying system is able to tie off the bales in a very reliable and cost saving manner. It is suited for wire diameters of 3.1 to 4.2 mm and is especially designed to reduce wire consumption. Energy saving hydraulics with Parker-Denison material, designed and built by Valvan Baling Systems.
