Assembly
The gear operator's bottom should connect with the valve, and the bracket surface should connect with the actuator. The valve stem coupling passes through the worm gear's inner hole and matches the actuator's square hole.

Operation

Automatic Operation: The actuator drives the valve open and closed, with the worm shaft rotating with the valve.
Manual Operation: Ensure no air pressure is present in the valve actuator. Loosen the handle retaining bolt, raise the clutch handle to engage the worm gear, and operate the valve using the handwheel. After manual operation, return the gear operator to its normal state by adjusting the clutch handle and retightening the bolt. Note: Air pressure must be released from the actuator for manual override.
