SAFETY RELIEF VALVES SRV6 DESCRIPTION The ADCAPure SRV6 series aseptic safety relief valves with angle type connections are designed for use with clean steam, air, water and other gases and liquids compatible with the construction materials. Main applications are overpressure protection on steam equipment, pressure vessels and pipelines, particularly within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, fine chemical and food & beverage industries. MAIN FEATURES Completely machined from solid bar stock material. FDA / USP Class VI compliant seals. Elastomer bellows to isolate the product chamber from the spring housing. Self drainable design. Reduced dead leg. STANDARD SURFACE FINISH Internal wetted parts: ≤ 0,51 µm Ra – SF1. External: ≤ 0,76 µm Ra – SF3. Other surface conditions see TIS.GIA – General information ADCAPure. Ultrasonic cleaning. OPTIONS: Manual lifting device. Pneumatic lifting device (for CIP/SIP). Lift indicator. Blocking system. Gas tight assembly. Different soft sealings for liquids and gases. AVAILABLE MODELS: SIZES: CE MARKING – GROUP 2 (PED – European Directive) ASME BPE and DIN clamp ferrules. Others on request. Assembling and packaging in a clean room certified according to ISO 14644-1. The product is end capped and sealed with recyclable thermo-shrinkable plastic film, to avoid contamination.
