VQ COMPACT QUEUING SYSTEM Blend up to 10 spot colour batches seamlessly COLOUR MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT Applications Designed to increase the production of colour blends, Vale-Tech Automated Queue systems provide the ideal solution for producing multiple batches of PANTONE® and other special colours. The use of Automatic dispensing and queue systems can significantly reduce labour costs by releasing the operator to do other tasks, while the self-minding VQ system blends up to 10 spot colour batches per hour. This means in an 8 hour shift, 80 individual blends can be dispensed quickly and seamlessly. With the ever increasing demands for efficient utilisation of labour, the addition of an automatic queue system to a Vale-Tech colour dispenser can improve throughput by up to 30%.
