Specifications:
The HP10 Ink Dispenser is designed for high-duty, 24/7 operation, suitable for UV and conventional offset inks, concentrates, plastisols, and high viscosity materials. It features PANTONE® licensed software, long-life dispense valves with Teflon seals, and anti-drip nozzles. The system includes stainless steel enclosed balances for high accuracy and fixed ink reservoirs with capacities of 10Kg and 25Kg. It can blend color batches from 100g to 7Kg with an accuracy of +/- 0.1g and supports up to 24 ink reservoirs with real-time ink level sensors and low ink warnings. Optional features include an agitation system and an easy-fill decanting system.

Procedures:
The modular design allows flexibility in configuring ink containers. External pumps can be linked to dispense high usage colors from bulk containers like 180kg drums. The system is compact, requiring minimal space, and offers high reliability with low maintenance. Installation is plug and play, and remote access allows direct links with ink suppliers and technical support for online training and software maintenance.

Software:
The Vale-Tech Ink Manager™ software provides complete control over dispensing and color blending processes, with features like auto-dispense extension, system status monitoring, blend container placement and size detection, blend quantity limiter, and low ink reservoir sensing.

Technical Information:
The HP10 model includes a small batch dispenser for color blending of 100g to 7Kg batches. The main module dimensions are W=50” (1250 mm), D=50” (1250 mm), H=52” (1300 mm), with an unladen weight of 425Kg and a crated weight of 575Kg. It supports up to 20 fixed 10Kg reservoirs and 4 fixed 25Kg reservoirs. The dispense valve is air-operated with a flow rate of 2-3Kg per minute. Electrical requirements are 110-230v 50-60 Hz 4A/1000W, and air supply needs are 6-8 Bar (85-110 psi) clean and filtered.
