Applications
A versatile solution for dispensing process colors, base ingredients, and various coatings used in screen and flexographic printing, as well as other applications in the packaging and graphics industry. It is suitable for decanting, potting down, or creating ink bars for process color sets and can be interfaced with a weigh unit for tracking job usage.

Benefits
The Drum Dispenser series offers a convenient method for decanting printing inks and free-flowing materials from bulk containers into manageable batch sizes. It features an air-driven pump capable of handling a wide range of materials, including screen and flexo inks, through a high-flow valve from 205/55 gallon steel drums. The system is fully integrated, accommodating drums at a 15-degree angle to maximize product removal. It includes a stainless steel height-adjustable drip tray for different container sizes and features an in-line filter, flow control valve, and recirculation as standard.

Options
The DD Dispenser series can be customized to feed inks and varnishes directly to press or color dispensers. Options include a self-closing non-drip nozzle, automatic timer-controlled recirculation, and ultra-sonic level detection for real-time monitoring with low-level and empty alarms. The LA Controller offers ultra-sonic level sensing with a low-level indicator and empty audible alarm. An automatic, programmable timer-controlled recirculation option is available, including an air-driven ball valve switched from an electronic timer, with operator programmable duration and frequency. The DDS model is designed for dispensing solvent-based materials with an aluminium-bodied double diaphragm pump, Teflon hose, and self-closing non-drip valve.
