Applications
Vale-Tech Automated Queue systems are designed to enhance the production of color blends, particularly for PANTONE® and other special colors. These systems allow for the production of multiple batches, significantly reducing labor costs by automating the blending process. The CQ system can blend up to 12 spot color batches per hour, enabling the dispensing of 96 individual blends in an 8-hour shift.

CQ Compact Queuing System
This system is part of Vale-Tech's color management equipment, offering seamless blending of up to 12 spot color batches. Key benefits include the ability to select a mix list, print a barcode label, and automate the blending process with minimal operator intervention.

Function and Control
The main module dimensions are W = 33” (840 mm), D = 38” (970 mm), H = 32.5” (815 mm), with an unladen weight of 100Kg and a crated weight of 150Kg. It can handle up to 12 containers, each with a size of 1 litre. The feed rate is typically 1 batch every 4-5 minutes. The system uses Vale-tech Ink Manager™ software with an auto-dispense queue extension.

Label Printer
The system includes a roll-fed, thermal label printer that prints a two-part self-adhesive label containing batch quantity, color reference, date, and batch description.

Technical Information
The system interfaces with Vale Ink dispensing systems, including IDS10, IDS25, HP10, and HP25 series. Container movement and positioning are managed by stepper motor indexing, with sensors detecting pot presence and location. Sequencing and control are managed via Vale-tech Ink Manager™ software.
