Suitable for Water and Solvent based inks and coatings COLOURBLEND 18, 32 & 36 COLOUR MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT COLOUR PACK COLOUR MANAGEMENT EQUIPMET The Colourblend range of dispensers are available in 18, 32 or 36 ingredient configurations and are capable of dispensing batch sizes ranging from 20 – 400kg (40 – 800 lbs) depending on scale supplied. The systems are high end solutions that fulfil the demand f`or speed, accuracy, repeatability and reliability required in high volume applications whether for solvent or water based ink or coatings. At the heart of the dispenser are precision manufactured stainless steel dispensing valves accurate to +/-1g (optionally +/-0.1g). Product is dispensed and recirculated through the valves controlled centrally by a PLC with user configurable parameters. All systems are supplied as standard with automatic valve cleaning, product recirculation and manual control back-up. PANTONE® is a registered trademark of Pantone, Inc. Colourblend with optional automatic mixing system ‘By utilizing an on-site ink dispensing facility printers have greater flexibility in production schedules ensuring maximum press uptime.’ Applications The Colourblend ink dispensing range is typically specified for large printers and converters who demand speed, accuracy and full audit trails for dispensed product. The system is equally at home dispensing production batches at an ink manufacturer’s plant. All formulations are stored within the Inovex Management Software supplied with the system; this enables subsequent blends to be accurately and repeatedly dispensed.
