Suitable for UV Screen Flexo inks, Coatings and Varnishes BD1000 BULK DISPENSER COLOUR MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT Applications Ideal for dispensing process colours, base ingredients and a wide range of coatings used in Screen, Flexographic printing and other applications found in the packaging and graphics industry. Typical applications are decanting, potting down or ink bars for process colour sets. Either can be interfaced with a weigh unit for job usage tracking. Benefits The Bulk Dispenser series provides a convenient means of decanting printing inks and free flowing materials from bulk containers, down to more convenient, easily handled batch sizes of 1 to 5 litres, or even 20 litres if desired. Mounted on a robust stand, this all in one unit incorporates an air driven pump of sufficient size to decant screen and flexo inks through a high flow dispense valve from 600/1000 litres IBCs or totes.
