TRASMETTITORE ELETTRONICO DI CONSISTENZA SMART SMART ELECTRONIC CONSISTENCY TRANSMITTER Sistema Gestione Qualità, Ambiente e Sicurezza - Quality Management System, Environment and Safety SERIE / SERIES T7C Il trasmettitore di consistenza serie T7C rileva la forza di taglio generata dall’interazione fra il sensore a lama e le fibre / cariche contenute nella pasta di carta e converte linearmente i valori della forza di taglio in un segnale ® 4÷20mA + HART . Il segnale di uscita, proporzionale alla forza di taglio, varia in base al tipo di pasta che scorre nella tubazione (carta riciclata, cellulosa fibra corta o lunga), al tipo di carica ed alla quantità determinando il campo di misura. T7C consistency transmitter measure the shear force caused by the interaction between blade sensor and fibers / fillers contained into the pulp (all consistency transmitters using a static or moving blade are based on shear force working principle) and linearly converts the ® shear force into a 4÷20mA or HART signal. According to the type of pulp flowing into the pipe (waste paper, short or long fibre cellulose), fillers types and content, the output signal, proportional to shear force, will change and the results will set the measuring span.
